I have been writing stories for as long as I can remember and have been interested in the paranormal for just as long. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t reading, watching, or listening to ghost stories. My English teachers in high school often referred to my writings as Edgar Allan Poe-ish. I took that as a compliment. I was also one of those strange beings who enjoyed research papers. I loved finding information on a particular topic and then pulling it all together in a comprehensive writing. Little did I know that over forty years later, I would use those same skills and interests to write Haunted Ferry Plantation.
I spend the majority of my free time at Ferry Plantation, giving tours, doing research, or hosting paranormal teams. I’ve served as the Director of Historical Research since 2020. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, often exploring historic (and usually haunted!) locations.
